Policy

$25 deposit CARD ON FILE

A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to secure your appointment.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELATION

Any cancellations or reschedules less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a $25 fee.

LATE ARRIVAL

Please be on time. After 10 minutes, we have a late fee of $15. No show appointments without a call or text will be charged a no show fee which is the remainig balance of the service due to inconvenience.

When you arrive, please call or text Aerika’s Styles to guide you into the salon. Please call us at 240-462-1731 if you have any issues with your service or are running behind. Thank you!

 

Please Note: Aerika’s Styles is a private home salon. At this time, I only accept new clients by referral. If you are a new client, please include the name of the person who referred you when booking. Appointments without a referral will not be accepted.

Appointment Cancellation Policy Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require a 24-hour notice from your scheduled service time when canceling or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a charge equal to 50% of the service cost. If you cancel or reschedule a complimentary service, you will be charged a $20 (services under 1 hour) and $50 (services 1 hour or more) inconvenience fee . This policy includes services scheduled within 24 hours of the start time as well. When rescheduling please communicate that with Aerika’s Styles. Clients will be allowed to reschedule ONCE, with the same provider, without losing your deposit.
